  • Where is the store based?

    Toronto, Canada

  • When are you adding more products?

    Here's the rough time frame for the following products:

    Dakimakuras / Body Pillow:
    TBA

    Charms:
    TBA

    Buttons / Pins:
    New designs will be added every other month - so on even numbered months.

    Prints:
    For existing pieces, I want to clean them up and create more, so print should become available in early 2020.

    Zines:
    Zines are under progress and will be made available on gumroad too.
    HALLOWEEN MONSTER ZINE is currently being planned and created, preorders will be up late mid-September.

    Shirts:
    No major plans at this moment, may change in early 2020.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Sure do!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    *Please note this timing only applies to small goods as that is all the store holds at the moment
    **This timing also applies once you have received the confirmation of shipping

    Within Canada: 2-4 business days
    Within US: 4-6 business days
    Everywhere else, please allow approximately 10 business days to be generous.

  • What type of mail is used for shipping?

    Standard for Canada and the US.

    Everywhere else can choose standard or tracking.
